Royal Ramsgate
A promotional guide to the seaside town of Ramsgate, written by James Simson and issued by the Victoria Publishing Association in 1897 for visitors and local trade. Plates printed in red-brown line show hotels, terraces, breweries and harbour panoramas in bird's-eye perspective, captioned on unfurling ribbon scrolls and set inside twisted-rope or foliate frames — useful for period signage lettering, ribbon banners, page borders and architectural elevations.
