The Works of Alfred Tennyson
A collected edition of Alfred Tennyson's poems, issued in London by H. S. King & Co. in 1877 for the general Victorian reading public. Its ornament consists of small horizontal wood-engraved panels set in double rules, each filled with birds, grapevines, strawberries, roses, thistles and shells against stippled grounds, ready to reuse as section dividers, masthead strips and framed spot ornaments.
