Blois, Chambord et les chateaux du Blésois
A French art-topography volume on Blois, Chambord and the châteaux of the Blésois, written by archivist Fernand Bournon and issued in Paris by H. Laurens in 1908 for travellers and students of architecture. Its plates are halftone photographs from studios such as Neurdein and Morel-Verneil: church facades, narrow street fronts, vaulted interiors, tombs and carved Renaissance detail, useful as grainy monochrome architectural reference.
