Bright ideas for entertaining; two hundred forms of amusement or entertainment for social gatherings of all kinds
A handbook of two hundred party games and amusements for hosts of social gatherings, written by Hilda Bates Linscott and published by G. W. Jacobs in Philadelphia in 1905. The scanned images here are not illustrations but the book's physical remains: torn, mottled paper fragments with fugitive letterpress type scattered across cream endpapers, plus the red Boston University seal, dated MDCCCXXXIX, a compact circular emblem of cross, shield and crown usable as a stamp or badge.
