Bruno's weekly
Bruno's Weekly was a small Greenwich Village magazine issued by Guido Bruno in New York in 1916 for readers of modern art and letters, with numbers given over to Abraham Lincoln and nineteenth-century American caricature. Its plates are reprinted wood-engraved cartoons in hard black line and dense cross-hatching: stump speakers, circus clowns, a colossal head rising from water, farm and Constitution allegories.
