Brush work for kindergarten and primary schools
A drawing manual by Ella Goodwin Lunt, published by D. C. Heath in Boston in 1896 to teach brush exercises to kindergarten and primary pupils. The plates are single-color watercolor strokes — blue-grey petals, spirals and radiating fans, green leaf blades — each built from a few tapered marks, useful as simple botanical motifs, ornament units or brush-stroke lettering references.
