A weekly trade paper for California's building and construction industry, issued in San Francisco by L. A. Larson for the Contractors' and Dealers' Association of California in 1914. The plates here are the engraved masthead, repeated across issues: drop-shadowed slab lettering over a hatched sky and a silhouette city skyline of factories, smokestacks, water towers and a steel frame under construction, useful for period nameplate lettering and industrial skyline silhouettes.
