A weekly trade paper issued in San Francisco by L. A. Larson for the Contractors' and Dealers' Association of California in 1914, carrying construction news, specifications and supplier advertising for architects, builders and engineers on the Pacific coast. The plates are coarse-screen halftones of hardware and equipment — sheet-metal switch boxes with embossed panels, maker's nameplates and side levers — alongside heavy slab lettering from section headings and rules.
