Bulletin
A numbered bulletin of the California State Mining Bureau, issued from San Francisco in 1905 for mining engineers, prospectors and state officials reporting on mineral resources and geology. The single halftone is a coarse-grained field photograph of a rocky gully with a timber flume and scattered boulders, useful for grainy monochrome texture, rough rock silhouettes and early industrial site documentation.
