A furniture trade catalogue issued by the Ohio Chair Company of Hillsboro, Ohio, for 1894-95, sent to dealers and retail buyers listing its chair and rocker lines. Sixty-nine wood-engraved views show single chairs in three-quarter profile, each isolated on blank ground, with turned spindles, caned seats, slat and pressed-panel backs, and shaded grain worth lifting as silhouettes or spot art.
