A 1914 mail-order trade catalogue from the Emma Louise Art Shop of Belmar, New Jersey, selling stamped linens, lace-edged pieces and embroidery materials to home needleworkers. Pen drawings and halftones show doilies, centrepieces, drawstring bags and table runners with scalloped lace borders, floral sprays and eyelet motifs, giving designers ready-made circular border frames, repeating flower bands and hatched line-drawn objects on black grounds.
