Catalogue of drawings by Dutch and Flemish artists preserved in the Department of Prints and Drawings in the British Museum
A British Museum departmental catalogue of Dutch and Flemish drawings, compiled by Arthur Mayger Hind and A. E. Popham and printed for the Trustees in London from 1915 onward, for curators, collectors and scholars. Halftone plates reproduce pen, chalk and brush-wash sheets: grouped figures in cloaks and turbans, heads and hands studied twice over, landscapes in broad ink washes, and blank-margin sketch pages.
