A museum catalogue of Greek, Etruscan and Roman silver plate in the British Museum, compiled by H. B. Walters and R. A. Smith and printed by the Trustees in London in 1921 for curators, collectors and students of ancient metalwork. Collotype plates show bowls, cups, dishes, ladles and handles photographed against plain grounds, many from directly above, giving repouss\u00e9 friezes, fluted interiors, beaded rims and figural handle mounts.
