Catalogue and price list of colors and materials for artists, architects, decorators, designers, and draughtsmen ..
A 1906 trade catalogue and price list issued by Art Metropole of Toronto, selling colors and supplies to artists, architects, decorators, designers, and draughtsmen. The 186 cuts are small line engravings of stock in isolation — hinged paint boxes opened to show pans and tube slots, brush bundles, palettes, drawing instruments — built from dense cross-hatching on a toned page, useful as ready-made product spots, catalogue page furniture, or tool silhouettes.
