Catalogue raisonné : or, a list of the pictures in Blenheim Palace : with occasional remarks and illustrative notes
A catalogue of the paintings at Blenheim Palace, compiled by George Scharf and printed in London in 1861 for collectors, connoisseurs and visitors to the house. Its plates are line facsimiles of artists' signatures, monograms, dates and inventory marks copied from the canvases, plus diagrams mapping numbered pictures onto room walls.
