A 1906 travel guide to the churches of the Rhine valley, written by Francis Miltoun and illustrated by Blanche McManus for L.C. Page of Boston, aimed at American tourists in Germany. The pen drawings show Romanesque towers, apses and west fronts in open outline, with hatched cloud banks, massed foliage and small figures for scale; useful for line-drawn architecture and stylised skies.
