Chat with the ladies about house building
A short 1905 pamphlet by architect F. W. Fitzpatrick advising American women on planning and building a house, issued without a named publisher and addressed to prospective homeowners rather than the trade. The plates are heavy-line floor plans of town and city residences, floor by floor, with rooms lettered, dimensions inked in feet, stair runs hatched, and thick black walls set against bare paper and letterpress text.
