Christmas entertainment
A handbook of Christmas programs, recitations and party games compiled by Alice Maude Kellogg and published by E. L. Kellogg & Co. in New York and Chicago in 1897, for teachers and Sunday-school leaders staging holiday entertainments. The plates are pen diagrams of marching and game formations with arrows, letters spelled out across star shapes, a green ornamental initial with a tulip border, and short hymn tunes set in type; usable as arrow patterns, novelty letterforms and music-notation fragments.
