A municipal planning report issued in 1922 by the East Orange, New Jersey City Plan Commission with engineer J. W. Coulston, printed in New York for local officials and property owners. Its plates are line-drawn city maps: dot-per-dwelling population density sheets, a block-by-block civic centre acquisition plan, and diagrams of present and proposed roadways in heavy black strokes, with boxed legends and north arrows.
