Principj di architettura civile
Francesco Milizia's Principj di architettura civile, a three-part Italian treatise on the theory and practice of building, issued at Bassano by the Remondini press in 1785 for architects and architectural students. The plates are fine-lined copperplate geometry: lettered points, dotted construction lines, semicircular and pointed arches set in wall sections, with plumb lines and weights hanging below to test thrust and stability.
