A monthly weather record for West Virginia issued by the U.S. Weather Bureau and its successor data services, compiling station readings for meteorologists and agricultural users. Nearly every plate is the same state outline printed in line, overlaid with hand-drawn isohyet loops, county grids, small locator insets, dotted station symbols and a boxed key of observing-station types.
