A collection of interesting and historic prints : being a brief presentation of some of the originals and reproductions in the possession of the State Street Trust Company
A keepsake booklet issued in 1909 by Boston's State Street Trust Company, printed by Walton Advertising and Printing, reproducing old engravings and prints of the city held in the bank's collection for customers and local antiquarians. The halftone plates show early-nineteenth-century street views, brick townhouses and shopfronts, meeting houses on open hills, horses, carts and small figures, with long all-capitals captions set beneath; useful for period streetscapes, architectural elevations and caption typography.
