Coloring and decoration of ceramic ware
A technical manual on ceramic coloring and decoration, adapted from Alexandre Brongniart and Louis Salvétat's French treatises and issued in Chicago by Windsor & Kenfield in 1898 for potters and ceramic manufacturers. The plates are engraved sectional diagrams of kilns, muffles and moulds, hatched and stippled in line, with lettered reference keys — useful for industrial cutaway motifs and schematic line texture.
