Complex conics and their real representation
A 1917 mathematical monograph by Benjamin Ernest Mitchell on complex conics and their real representation, printed by the New Era Printing Company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for mathematicians and students of analytic geometry. Its plates are sparse line diagrams: tangent and nested circles on crossed axes, dashed and tick-marked lines, italic point labels, alongside typeset fraction equations useful as abstract geometric marks.
