The constitution, by-laws and house rules of the Westmoreland Club of Richmond, Va
A slim 1916 booklet of constitution, by-laws and house rules printed by the Virginia Stationery Co. for members of the Westmoreland Club, a private social club in Richmond, Virginia. The scanned pictures are not illustrations but ownership marks: repeated rust-brown Smithsonian Libraries roundels with a radiating sunburst center and curved lettering, plus partial blurred impressions, useful as stamp textures, circular badge forms and letterpress ink artifacts.
