Construction and test of a slip meter
An undergraduate engineering thesis by Clarence Benwell Miller and George Richard Welch, submitted at the University of Illinois in 1908, documenting the building and testing of a slip meter for induction motors. The plates are hand-drawn ink diagrams: wiring schematics, dial scales, rotor and bracket details, and plain machined-part outlines, useful as line-art circuit motifs and technical lettering.
