Arthur P. Norton's star atlas and telescopic handbook, published by Gall and Inglis in London and Edinburgh in 1910 for students and amateur observers, plots over 7,000 stars, nebulae and clusters for epoch 1920. The plates are gore-shaped charts printed in line, with graded dots for magnitude, dotted constellation and Milky Way boundaries, ruled coordinate grids and boxed capitalised constellation names — usable as star fields, technical grid textures and letterpress-style map labelling.
