A supplemental volume to the New York State Education Department's sixth annual report, compiled by Harlan Hoyt Horner and issued in Albany in 1910 for schoolteachers marking Flag Day. Color plates show successive United States flags and colonial banners in flat red, white and navy against cream, alongside halftones of surviving cloth flags with folds, fraying and applied stars.
