The Mechanics bank, 1834-1919, Trenton in New Jersey; a history
A privately printed institutional history of the Mechanics Bank of Trenton, New Jersey, written by Carlos Emmon Godfrey in 1919 for shareholders, directors and local readers. The plates are grouped halftone portraits of bank officers, four to seven oval vignettes floated on grey grounds with corner rosette ornaments and a small pedimented bank emblem at center, useful as vignette layouts and period frames.
