Old English colour prints;
A survey of English colour printmaking written by Malcolm C. Salaman and edited by Charles Holme, issued in 1909 as a Studio special number in London, Paris and New York for collectors and print students. The 42 plates reproduce late Georgian stipple and mezzotint portraits and rustic scenes in soft rose, cream and olive tints, useful for period costume, oval vignette framing and muted colour palettes.
