The rock tombs of El Amarna ..
An archaeological survey of the rock-cut tombs at El Amarna, recorded by Norman de Garis Davies and published in London and Boston for the Egypt Exploration Fund from 1903, aimed at Egyptologists and subscribers. The plates are hard-line facsimile drawings of wall reliefs and hieroglyphic inscriptions, with cartouches, banded registers, and hatching marking damaged stone, usable as clean line ornament and script texture.
