Report of the Kingshighway Commission, March 1903
A municipal engineering report issued by the Kingshighway Commission of St. Louis in March 1903, prepared for city officials considering a boulevard route through the west side of the city. The plates are line-drawn plan and profile sheets: street grids, curving parkway alignments, railroad hatching, cemetery and park boundaries, riverfront terminal layouts, and thin strip elevations with survey lettering and dimension marks.
