Plan of Saint Paul, the capital city of Minnesota
A municipal city-planning report for St. Paul, Minnesota, prepared by architects Edward H. Bennett and William E. Parsons with engineer George H. Herrold for the city's Planning Board and published in 1922 for officials and citizens. Plates are street plans and diagrams: hand-lettered avenue names, gridded blocks, contour lines, rail curves, and flat green and yellow overlays useful as map textures and route graphics.
