Dublin of the future : the new town plan, being the scheme awarded teh first prize in the international competition
The prize-winning entry in the 1914 international competition to replan Dublin, published in 1922 by Patrick Abercrombie with Sydney and Arthur Kelly for planners, municipal officials and civic reformers. The plates are hand-coloured survey maps of the city and its outskirts, overlaid with red, yellow and green route lines, numbered dots, hatched development zones and a ruled cartouche; useful for line-drawn street networks, colour-coded diagram overlays and period map lettering.
