An Irish corpus astronomiae; being Manus O'Donnell's seventeenth century version of the Lunario of Geronymo Cortès
A 1915 scholarly edition printed by David Nutt in London, in which F. W. O'Connell and R. M. Henry publish Manus Ó Domhnaill's late seventeenth-century Irish rendering of Jerónimo Cortés's Spanish Lunario, for Celticists and historians of astrology. The plates are line redrawings of manuscript diagrams: a labelled wind and climate-zone wheel with Latin banners, a quartered circle with tick-marked rim and scattered star glyphs, and ruled tables of numbered days with letter abbreviations.
