Catalogue of the imperial Byzantine coins in the British Museum
A two-volume scholarly catalogue of Byzantine imperial coinage compiled by Warwick Wroth for the British Museum's Department of Coins and Medals, printed in London in 1908 for numismatists and museum staff. The plates are collotype photographs of bronze, silver and gold coins arranged in rows against plain grounds, offering crowned frontal busts, large letter denominations, monograms, crosses and worn Greek legends.
