Details of building construction
A plate book of working construction details drawn by Clarence A. Martin, professor of architecture at Cornell, and published in Boston by Bates & Guild in 1905 for architects, builders and drafting students. Each numbered plate combines hatched sections through cornices, paneling, half-timber walls and turned columns with dense hand-lettered notes and inch scales, useful for line-art textures, technical lettering and diagram layout.
