Daily program of gift and occupation work
A kindergarten teacher's manual of daily gift and occupation exercises, written by Carolyn Sherwin Bailey and Clara M. Lewis and issued by the Milton Bradley Company of Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1904 for classroom use. The plates are soft-grained halftone photographs of classrooms: children ranged along low tables, block and paper constructions built up on floors and sand tables, and model villages seen from above, useful for period interiors, geometric toy forms, and coarse halftone texture.
