A 1914 manual by Theodore Milton Dillaway, published by Milton Bradley in Springfield, Massachusetts, advising teachers and parents on hanging pictures and arranging rooms. Halftone plates show classroom and parlor interiors: framed prints spaced on plain walls, plaster friezes above blackboards, curtained windows with potted vines, and rows of desks, useful for period furnishing and picture-hanging reference.
