A Dutch festival book printed at The Hague in 1691 by Barent Beeck, recording the some sixty triumphal arches and their emblems raised for William III's ceremonial entry, with engravings by Jan Luiken for a court and civic readership. The plates show allegorical figures enthroned on stepped platforms, armoured processions with pikes and standards, draped stage-like interiors, and harbour scenes with decorated barges and columns — a source for emblem figures, arch and canopy architecture, crowd staging, and hatched cloud and drapery textures.
