Daniel Schwenter and Georg Philipp Harsdörffer's Deliciæ physico-mathematicæ, a German compendium of 663 mathematical and scientific puzzles printed by Jeremiah Dümler in Nuremberg in 1651 for educated lay readers. The woodcuts are small, hand-cut diagrams — lettered squares, lozenges, arcs and hatched solids on laid paper — useful as rough geometric marks, diagram motifs and textured line fills.
