An antiquarian dissertation on the Roman town of Aveia in the Vestini territory, written by Vito Maria Giovenazzi and printed by Giovanni Zempel in Rome in 1773 for scholars of Latin inscriptions. Woodcuts show broken stone fragments with incised capital lettering, hatched shading marking chipped edges, plus a rococo headpiece framing a ruin between foliage and putti.
