Denslow's Night Before Christmas - Gunston Classicspdf
A 1902 New York picture-book edition of Clement C. Moore's "A Visit from St. Nicholas," drawn by W. W. Denslow, the illustrator of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, for young children. Flat color lithographs in four or five inks set heavy black outlines against deep blue night grounds, with a yellow moon, white star-bursts, and scattered toys: rocking horses, drums, dolls, balls, toy soldiers, a goose, a rabbit.
