Description de la Villa d'Este sur le lac de Côme. Ornée de gravures
An 1825 guide to the Villa d'Este on Lake Como, written by Louis Viganò and printed with engravings by the Ostinelli press in Como for visitors and patrons of the estate, then occupied by Caroline of Brunswick. Plates give floor plans of the palace, surveyed garden and shoreline maps, and small framed views of grottoes and colonnaded interiors arranged in grids.
