Descriptions, diagrams and prices of twenty-one elegant new dwellings for sale on the crown of Lennox Hill.
A builder's sales catalogue issued by Chas. Graham & Sons in New York in 1887, offering twenty-one new row houses on Lenox Hill to prospective city buyers with descriptions, floor diagrams and prices. The plates are tinted line engravings of brownstone and brick fronts seen in three-quarter perspective, with stoops, bay windows, cornice brackets, iron area railings and small figures and carriages on the sidewalk; useful for street-facade line stock, window and doorway details, and period urban staffage.
