Descrizione della provincia del Mugello con la carta geografica del medesimo : aggiuntavi un'antica cronica della nobil famiglia da Lutiano creduta di consorteria delli Ubaldini già signori dell'istesso Mugello
A topographical and genealogical history of the Mugello district north of Florence, written by the priest-antiquary Giuseppe Maria Brocchi and printed in Florence by Anton Maria Albizzini in 1748 for local nobility and antiquarian readers, with a folding map and an appended chronicle of the Lutiano family. The plates mix letterpress woodcut ornament — symmetrical acanthus headbands, putti holding garlands over cartouches, flower-filled tailpieces — with hard-outline facsimiles of medieval seals showing standing clerics and ranked heads, useful as printer's ornament, banner frames and heraldic spot art.
