Des déllasements permis aux personnes pieuses appellées à vivre dans le monde
A French moral treatise of 1874 by the priest Jean Joseph Huguet, issued in Paris by V. Palmé, advising devout lay readers on which amusements and recreations are permissible in worldly life. The scanned images carry no subject illustration, only the circular blue rubber-stamp marks of the University of St. Michael's College Library in Toronto, useful as ready-made roundel lettering, concentric ring frames, and ink-on-paper texture.
