Design book
A student's handmade textile design book from the Department of Textile Industries at Bradford Technical College, compiled by Theo Vivian Staub in 1912 as coursework in weaving. Pages pair hand-painted point-paper weave diagrams with mounted cloth swatches and gouache stripe and check studies in black, grey and cream, annotated in ink; useful for grid patterns, swatch layouts and restrained colourways.
