The development of a reflector enamel
An undergraduate engineering thesis on reflector enamel by William Ray Morgan and Andrew Hoyle Charles, Jr., submitted to the University of Illinois in 1920 for faculty examiners. Halftone photographs show brick test furnaces braced with iron rods and laboratory stands of clamped apparatus, alongside hand-lettered line graphs drawn on gridded paper — useful for plotted curves, plain sans lettering, and workshop interiors.
