Die mittelalterliche grabplastik in Nord-Thüringen, mit besonderer berücksichtigung der Erfurter denkmäler
An art-historical study of medieval tomb sculpture in northern Thuringia, with emphasis on Erfurt monuments, written by Otto Büchner and published in Strasbourg by J. H. E. Heitz in 1902 for scholars of German medieval sculpture. The plates are photographs of carved grave slabs and effigies: praying women in long pleated gowns, bishops with croziers, censing angels, heraldic shields, a risen Christ, and Gothic inscription bands running around the stone borders.
